He pulled the gun before a marked car was present, I would have assumed he was a crazed lunatic and tried to run too.

At the end of the video, you can see that there's a marked state trooper behind the bike. I think there's more to this story.

The wheelie and super excessive speed was about 2 minutes before he even passed the off duty or undercover cop.

regardless, by the way the power monger cop immediately pulled his weapon shows that he already had an idea of guilt or hatred towards a sportbike rider.

In the video it doesnt look like he was running from the trooper that he passed about 2 minutes earlier....also when he passed that trooper it looks like he was going the same speed as the cavalier next to him.

I too would have been wondering what the hell this lunatic is pulling a gun on me!  There clearly wasnt any need for the weapon.....however I guess since he wasnt in uniform that was the only way to get him to listen to him....maybe a badge would have worked??

He did not properly identify himself soon enough.  I would have drawn back on him if there was not a marked trooper behind me.  IMO the marked trooper should have made the stop, not some gun toting jerkoff in civy clothes.

Well from what I understand from were I got it, it was the actual guy that posted it cause they all wanted the longer version so he put it up later on. The undercover that cut him off didn't even write the ticket he was telling the uniformed officer what to fill out on the ticket. I read through half the pages but its over 40 pages long in the other forum so haven't read all f what he had to say just to let you guys know.

There is a lot you can't see in the video. If I had to guess, I'd bet that the cops had been following him for a while. I can't say if the rider knew he was being followed or not, but to the cops, it may have very well been a chase situation.

A good idea to keep this from happening to yourself is not to do this crap on busy roads.
