Refresh  my memory...  was this the guy on the 'busa that went down I-29 (through construction) and fled to a friends house in Omaha who then turned him over to police?

That guy?

What the fuck! They let him off it all! They nullified all of his charges! His record is long too. Everything from seat belt violations, speeding, hunting on a wild game refuge and a Disorderly Conduct charge November of 2009! You can look up some case info here. Click on the case and then click on "Criminal Charges/Disposition" to see more info.  http://www.iowacourts.state.ia.us/ESAWebApp/TrialSimpFrame

All on 8/5/2009, some of them weren't added until 8/14/09

POTTAWATTAMIE county-

-FAIL TO OBEY TRAFFIC CONTROL DEVICE    -321.285-N    Nullified
-RECKLESS DRIVING                                  -321.277       Nullified
-ELUDING (SRMS)                                     -321.279(1)   Nullified
-SPEEDING > 55 (OVER 20 MPH OVER)          -321.285-J    Nullified
-FAIL TO OBEY TRAFFIC CONTROL DEVICE     -321.256      Nullified
-FAIL TO OBEY STOP OR YIELD SIGN             -321.322     Nullified
-FAIL TO OBEY STOP OR YIELD SIGN             -321.322     Nullified
-FAIL TO OBEY STOP OR YIELD SIGN             -321.322     Nullified
-SPEEDING 55 OR < (20 MPH OVER + $2.00 EA. MILE) -321.285-E Nullified

Harrison County-

-SPEEDING - ROAD WORK ZONES (GREATER THAN 25 OVER)     Nullified

They lost contact with him when he went into the house and he didn't talk to them once he was detained. They didn't have a case anymore. He's one lucky bastard. The only thing he's out is $$$ for the lawyer.

how is these guys get let off but i get a ticket for not using my turn signal(but hand signaled) and get reckless driving for it just because i stopped. He lied to my face about what the ticket was for too saying "i was serving in and out of traffic and speeding" and all of this happened with inless then a block when i went to court to fight it he was there so i just took the plee bargin because i knew he would just lie to the judge like he did to my face.

Oh and the other thing first words out of his mouth was i bet you dont have a motorcycle license or insurance i handed him both

Always, always ask for a lawyer before you talk to the police if you're taken into custody :) You may not get off with nothing, but you'll get out of the situation a lot better than if you don't.

Ya but ask him what that cost him cause i bet you dont want to know cause it was better than 4G's. Better then setting in jail but still gotta have deep pockets if your going to play like that or just be totally stupid. No wonder why half the insurance companys wont cover sport bikes anymore, or if they do there gona bend you over! If you know you screwed up just better to stop and take your licks unless you know you didn't do anything wrong but still pull over an play there game. On a side note never just pay for a ticket, better to always take it to court and learn as much about why you were pulled over and use the system to your advantage! Cause even if you dont win in court it doesn't cost you anymore then it would for just paying.
